Day 2 of Japan Trip

We woke up around 6.30 am, which was when the breakfast buffet started. I couldn't find any photos of it. HAHA. After breakfast, we walked from our hotel to the Osaka area, which required us to cross a highway bridge. The view was amazing. We could have taken train, but the morning views were worth the walk.

Umeda Sky Building

Once we have taken a look at Umeda Sky Building, we went to Osaka Station and took a train to Ōsakajōkōen Station, which was the closest station to the Osaka Castle. We reached Osaka Castle around 9.30 am. If you are coming on a weekday, it may be crowded early in the morning as many students are there for a school trip. It cost 600 yen, but the view at the top of the castle is amazing.

After visiting Osaka Castle and nearby places of interest, we went to Shinsaibashi area, which is a shopping area. We had lunch in a small shop, I had Ichiban ramen.

Then, we walked to Tennoji zoo and the entrance fee was 500 yen. The photos below are some of the animals that we saw. It was so worth it for the price.

We went back to Shinsaibashi area and got dinner. We ate Takoyaki and head back to hotel using local subway.
